Wine making style

Clarus Vinum begins as real wine, crafted with respect for origin, freshness, and character. Through gentle low-temperature dealcoholizing, the wine's aroma, texture, and identity are carefully preserved, creating a refined 0.0% sparkling rosé without losing the soul of the wine.

The wine is then finished with Natur CO₂ Wine Gas technology, a process that captures natural CO₂ released during wine fermentation and reintroduces it to create fine, elegant bubbles. This gives Clarus Vinum a sparkling expression that feels closer to the original wine, with freshness, purity, and balance in every glass.

Location
